Terms and Conditions
- Check-in from 2pm. Check-out by 11am
- We accept Visa, Mastercard or cash
- Prices quoted in Australian dollars and include GST
- Generous breakfast provisions for first morning included in tariff
- No smoking inside the apartments
- No pets
- Minimum night stays apply ie Easter and Christmas season
- All linen, bedding, bath towels, tea towels are supplied
- All five apartments have self-catering facilities in fully equipped kitchen
Cancellation Policy
- Minimum deposit of 50% of the total rate required to confirm booking
- An admin fee of 15% of deposit applies if a cancellation is more than 2 weeks in advance of the check-in date, the balance of deposit is refunded.
- A fee of 30% of deposit applies if cancellation is less than 2 weeks but more than 48 hours from the check-in date, the balance of deposit is refunded
- Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a fee of 100% of the deposit. The deposit may be transferred to a future booking if made at this time.
If part of an existing booking is cancelled during guests' stay, fees apply
- 15% of the total rate of the nights cancelled if more than 2 weeks in advance of the start of the cancelled period
- 30% of the total rate of the nights cancelled if less that 2 weeks but more than 48hours from the start of the cancelled period
- 100% of the total rate of the nights cancelled if less than 48hours from the start of the cancelled period
